Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping across Australia

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no code. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it ships. We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks of the day you order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Here is what happens:

You order and we email your confirmation straight away.
We place your order with our supplier, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
Your order ships and we email your tracking link.
It arrives, usually within a week or two of shipping. Bulkier items such as jackets and car seat covers can take a little longer, and public holidays, customs processing, weather and big sale periods can add delays.

How we fulfil orders

HOUNDFREQ doesn't hold stock in a warehouse of our own. Your order ships direct from our partner suppliers' warehouses overseas, mostly in China, by tracked international post. That is how we keep prices fair and shipping free, and the trade-off is that delivery takes longer than local stock.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link once your order ships. The first scan can take a few days to appear, and international parcels often show no movement while in transit.

More than one item

Items can ship separately from different suppliers and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Late or lost orders

If you are worried about your order, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you ordered it, we'll replace it or refund you, your choice. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund policy.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address, including unit or apartment numbers, before you pay. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, but we'll help where we can.
